What tools are used when cleaning a high rise building?

Different from the commercial window cleaning, high rise buildings use different tools in terms of reaching windows that aren't accessible from a lift. Using repelling equipment off the side of the building ensures a safe way to clean as well as ensuring the same standard of quality we carry with every job.

Bosuns Chair: In window cleaning, a bosuns chair is a small platform attached to a pulley that can lower when the window cleaner needs to descend to the next floor down. the chair is also used to hang buckets and other tools off of for easily accessible tools.

Portable Davit: A portable system used to raise, lower, and suspend personnel down vertical surfaces to perform routine work. 

The amount of time that a job will take is variable on the size of the building and how many workers are on a job. on average high rise cleans take anywhere from days to weeks to complete.
